Mike May frequently covers biotechnology, healthcare and life-science technology. He provides three general services:

  • writing
  • editing
  • project management.

Mike brings a broad scientific background to this work, including an M.S. in biological engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Ph.D. in neurobiology and behavior from Cornell University. He started his career in science writing and editing in 1991 as an associate editor at American Scientist, where he worked for seven years. In 1998, Mike went freelance full-time.
